Celebration of life services for 78-year-old William Allen “Bill” Stewart of Washington, formerly of Iowa City will be held at 2p.m. Saturday, July 13th at the United Presbyterian Home in Washington. Interment will take place at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Washington County, the Washington Public Library or CommUnity Crisis Services of Iowa City.
