The price of regular unleaded gasoline in Iowa fell two cents in the last week, according to the latest Fuel Report from the Iowa Department of Agriculture.

As of Wednesday, the price of regular unleaded gasoline was averaging $3.28 across the State. This is also two cents lower than a year ago. Nationally, the average price is $3.64, down two cents from last week as well.

Retail diesel prices in Iowa fell three cents in the last week, for a statewide average of $3.69. This is 10 cents down from last year, and 28 cents lower than the national average of $3.97. Wholesale ethanol held steady and is currently priced at $2.16.
