KCII has named the two recipients of the 2024 Business and Broadcasting scholarships. KCII is awarding two $750 scholarships to graduating high school seniors who wish to pursue business or broadcasting at a two-year or four-year institution. This year’s recipients are Lexi Swearingen from Pekin Community High School who is planning to attend Central College in Pella, and Kurt Schneider from Mid-Prairie High School who plans to attend Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids.
