On Wednesday, May 15, the Washington County Riverboat Foundation held a meeting at Wooden Wheel Vineyards in Keota to name the recipients of their 2024 Spring Grants. Twenty-four grants in total were given out during the event. Stephanie Sexton, President of the WCRF Board, announced the winners and shared the total amount of grants at the conclusion, “So, for the total grant cycle, $3,614,233 and that is all coming from the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort.” The Washington County Riverboat Foundation is the non-profit license holder for the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort, which provides all of its funding.
