Absentee ballots are available for the June 4, 2024, Washington County primary election for voters who wish to vote absentee by mail or in-person at the Auditor’s Office. Voters planning to vote absentee by mail must first complete, sign, and submit a request form. Voters must also indicate their choice of Republican, Democratic, or Libertarian ballot. The request forms may be obtained from the Washington County Auditor’s Office. Requests for absentee ballots may be delivered or mailed to the Washington County Auditor, 222 West Main Street, Box 889, Washington, IA 52353, and must be received in the Auditor’s Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20th.
