After some discussion Council Member Ivan Rangel shared his thoughts on the next step, “This is a hard decision honestly, I personally think, I mean we need to have a special election. My thoughts, I mean they are all good, that’s how I feel.” The Council could not come to a conclusion on the appointment and will vote to determine whether or not to hold a special election for the vacant At-Large seat at their next meeting to be held in June.
