Mid-Prairie seniors will don their caps and gowns this weekend for the most important high school milestone of them all. Graduation for the Golden Hawks is set to take place on Sunday, May 26.

The ceremony begins at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the High School’s main gym. There, the band and choir will perform, and four Golden Hawk Seniors will speak: Valedictorians Behla Schmidt and Phoebe Shetler and Salutatorians Joe Hall and Libby Peiffer.

The Mid-Prairie Class of 2024’s colors are black and gold, their class flower is the yellow rose, and the class motto is “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.”
