A public hearing will be held by the Washington Board of Adjustment in the City Council Chambers at 5:30 pm on May 29th. At this time and place, the Board of Adjustment will consider an application for variance from Craig A. Frederick at 401 E. 15th St. referencing the rear yard setback requirement under Washington Code of Ordinance Chapter 165.03. At the public hearing, all parties interested in the application or property affected by it and all citizens may appear and be heard.
