The pretrial conference for former Washington Mayor Jaron Rosien, who was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree, was held virtually on Friday, May 10th. According to documents on Iowa Courts, the pretrial and trial will be rescheduled. The counsel had fourteen days to set a new pretrial and trial date. There has been no update to the pretrial and trial date on Iowa Courts as of Tuesday. The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred in January of 2023 at JPs 207 in Washington.
