A funeral service for 60-year-old Lynda L. Hemsted Short of Wayland will be Thursday, June 6th at 10:30a.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. The service will be available via livestream at the Beatty Peterseim website, Facebook and YouTube pages. Burial will follow at North Hill Cemetery in Wayland. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 5th from 2-8p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with family present to greet friends from 5:30-8p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention.
