A sign that summer has arrived, the first Wellman Farmer’s Market of the year will be held downtown on Tuesday, June 4.

From now through October, the market will be held every Tuesday on 8th Avenue in Wellman from 4-7 p.m. There will be grilling, crafts, baked goods, plants, fruits and vegetables, and food vendors. This week, the Shokai Food Truck will be at the market from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Offering sushi, egg rolls, wings and more, orders must be placed by 9 a.m. Tuesday with pre-ordering open now.
