On Monday, Jefferson County authorities located a subject wanted in Washington County. They arrested 19-year-old Jakayla Stevens of Ottumwa on the charge of 2nd-degree theft, a Class D Felony. According to Iowa Courts records, Stevens violated a no-contact order in Jefferson County during a domestic dispute call late Sunday night. Stevens will be transported to the Washington County Jail after serving local charges in Jefferson County. She is being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond.
