Kalona Days 2024 is approaching, as the City has planned its annual celebration for Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22. In the days leading up to Kalona Days, volunteers are still sought after for a number of events.

As of Friday, more than a dozen volunteer positions are open Saturday the 22nd for the pie and cookie baking contest, pedal pull, veterans tent, and parade registration. At this time, the City is seeking the most volunteers for the 5K run/walk. The time commitment for these events ranges from one to two hours.
