The Highland Huskies picked up another win on the baseball diamond last night, defeating Danville 8-6. Highland had just four hits on the night, two coming from junior Will Dunbar, but they found a way to produce enough offense to get the victory.
Dunbar scored two runs, as did juniors Logan McFarland and Ryker Miller, while freshman Hunter Siebel was the starting and winning pitcher, allowing only two earned runs on five hits in six innings and striking out six. The Huskies improve their record to 5-8. Highland is back in action tonight against Lone Tree.
