This week’s Jessica Yoder & Sarah Bigley with Kalona Realty Athlete of the Week is Sigourney softball pitcher Carly Goodwin. The senior was named the 2023-2024 Gatorade Player of the Year for Iowa high school softball after she led Class 1A in earned run average and strikeouts in 2023 and is currently tops in the state in both this season.
