A Celebration of Life Service for 67-year-old Donald “Donnie” Glen Lowe of Brighton will be held Saturday, June 22nd from 10:30a.m. to 2:30p.m. at the Rubio Community Center. The service includes a potluck-style picnic. Memorials may be mailed to the family.
