The Washington Public Library is bringing back a Fiber Art February event for their Summer Reading programming. Recycled Runway returns on Saturday, June 22nd, beginning at 10 am. This free program is open to all ages, and younger children must be accompanied by an adult. The challenge is to design a piece of clothing out of the recycled materials that are provided.
