At today’s Kalona Days Parade, all entries will be eligible to win the Bulltown Traveling Trophy and one week of social media advertising through the Kalona Chamber of Commerce. Before the floats and vehicles start heading down C Avenue, the Chamber advises all participants of some important information.

The 2024 Kalona Days Parade will be held  at 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 22. Anyone in the parade can register from 2:45-3:45 p.m. The sign-in station is at the Kalona Sales Barn and can be accessed from either direction on 9th Street. Floats will then begin to line up in the gravel lot. Float numbers should be displayed in the front passenger window so it can be seen by the judges. After the parade, participants can unload back at the Sales Barn and are asked to return the float number.

Parade judges for Kalona Days 2024 are Heather Kemp with the Kalona Historical Village, Ann Leary with the Kalona YMCA, and Mayor Mark Robe.
