A Memorial Service for 74-year-old Deborah Lee Boyse of Wellman will be at 11a.m. Friday, June 28th at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be at the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, June 28th from 9:30-11a.m. at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County.
