On Tuesday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office served two warrants to a subject in custody at the Washington County Jail. 25-year-old Sierra Holbrook was served with willful injury-causing serious injury, a Class C felony, and two counts of child endangerment, aggravated misdemeanors. According to documents on Iowa Courts, Holbrook was video recorded, with two children that weren’t hers in the vehicle, chasing another vehicle and hitting that vehicle. She told officers that she knew she should not have been driving with the kids in the car. Holbrook was arrested on June 22nd on felony burglary charges. Her bond for the new charges is set at $14,000, she remains in custody at the Washington County Jail.
