Funeral service for 87-year-old Sam Horras of Keota will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd at Powell Funeral Home in Keota. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries – Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery at Clear Creek. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2nd at the funeral home, where there will be a family rosary at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for the United Presbyterian Home or Hospice Compassus.  Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is caring for Sam and his family.
