The Washington County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday. On the agenda were Homestead Credits, Disabled Veterans Homestead Credits, Homestead exemptions, and Military exemption allowances and disallowances. Veterans Affairs Assistant Cindy Anderson gave the information on the credits, “So this year for Disabled Vets we had thirteen applications, all thirteen met the recommendation to be allowed, there were a couple things, but it looks like we got them taken care of. So they would qualify for the 2024 year.” The Supervisors approved the applications for the Homestead Credits.
