Tonight, the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center presents another installment in its Free Summer Outdoor Concert Series.

This is the fourth summer that the Center has held these concerts, which feature local artists. Executive Director Lindsay Bauer, described to KCII tonight’s performer, Jenny Sammons. “Jenny Sammons brings her soulful, sunny, kinda singer/songwriter, very smooth, very fun voice to us with a four or five-piece band. She is also based right here in Fairfield. She’s a visual artist as well as a musician, so we are excited to get to have her on our stage.”

The concert will be held outside the Fairfield Arts & Convention Center at 200 North Main Street and begins at 7:30 p.m. Anyone planning to attend should bring a lawn chair, and in the event of inclement weather, the performance will be moved inside.
