United States Senator Joni Ernst made a stop in Washington Friday as part of a town hall tour in the area. Ernst visited the Washington Public Library for a private tour of the MakeIT Place that was opened earlier this summer. She also went to Wapello High School in Louisa County earlier in the day, and Johnson County for the final town hall of the day in the ACT building in the afternoon.
