Tuesday, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a person that was located with Washington County warrants in Osceola. They arrested 58-year-old Teddy Johnson on three Washington County warrants. The first for controlled substance violation 3rd or subsequent offense, a Class D Felony, the second for possession of drug paraphernalia a simple misdemeanor, and the third for 15 counts of purchase or possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act first offense, and aggravated misdemeanor. Total bond is set at $85,300 and a detainer was placed with Clark County Jail when Johnson was later transported to the Washington County Jail.
