The Washington Kiwanis Am’ers is hosting a blood drive on Thursday, August 15th, at the UP Church from 1:30 – 6:30 pm. There is currently a blood supply emergency due to Hurricane Debby. ImpactLife needs donations to supply their own needs plus help those touched by the Hurricane.  If you are interested in donating, you need to be at least 16 years old and in good health. Every 2 seconds- someone in the US needs blood, and 17% of all transfusions of blood products go to cancer patients who are fighting for their lives.
