This week’s Jessica Yoder & Sarah Bigley with Kalona Realty Athlete of the Week is Washington cross country runner Iris Dahl. The junior has won a state medal each of the last two seasons and enters 2024 as the number-nine ranked girls’ runner in the state in Class 3A, part of a Demon team that also ranks in the top 20 in 3A as a whole. Congrats Iris!
