The Washington County Board of Supervisors met on Tuesday. On the agenda was personnel change requests from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff Jared Schneider presented the requests, “Have two requests today, both for Deputy Sheriff positions, we have been working since the March/April time frame to fill in these positions.The first one is for Colton Schneider, he comes to us from the Washington Police Department. He just finished one year certified with the Police Department on August 18th. And then the second one is Derek Porsch. He’s coming to us also certified from the Panora Police Department” The Supervisors approved the requests for Schneider and Porsch.
