This week’s Jessica Yoder & Sarah Bigley with Kalona Realty Athletes of the Week are the members of the Columbus boys’ cross country team. The Wildcats won the team competition Tuesday at the Hillcrest Academy Early Bird Invite at Kalona Golf Course, thanks in part to a fourth-place finish from senior captain Ty Muniz; an eighth-place finish by sophomore Ryan Villa; a ninth-place finish by freshman Elias Gonzalez-Bravo; a 10th-place finish by sophomore Cade Storm; and top-35 times from freshman Victor Tovar and sophomores Drake Marin and Juan Alcala.
