On Sunday, August 18th, PAWS & More Animal Shelter held their annual car show in Washington’s Central Park for the 25th year. The weather was perfect and classic cars lined the four sides of town square. They served lunch, popcorn and lemonade and hosted many local vendors who all donated a portion of their sales to help the animals. This Corn Country Cruisers event is their largest fundraiser each year. The adoptable dogs were thrilled to get out of their kennels when volunteers brought them to stroll the square during the show. The money raised will be used for daily shelter expenses.
