The Washington City Council met on Tuesday evening. On the agenda were three special event requests. The first was Fun Day in the Park with the Marion Avenue Baptist Church to be held on Saturday, September 21st. The second was a Holistic Wellness Fair hosted by Emporium to be held from October 18th through 19th at Blair House and the City Hall Parking Lot. The third was the Washington Chamber of Commerce Craft Fair to be held Saturday in Central Park. The Council approved the special event requests.
