KCII News spoke with U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley on the recent announcement that three Iowa airports will receive fourteen million dollars to modernize aging infrastructure and streamline travel, “In the process of passing money for highways, and broadband, and airports. There’s money in it to help these three airports, and I’m glad to support air traffic in and out of the United States, to make it as convenient for Iowans to fly as conveniently as possible.” Senator Grassley backed the Infrastructure and Jobs Act where the funds are coming from for these improvements to Iowa airports.
