The Hillcrest Academy Raven volleyball team hits the road tonight for a Southeast Iowa Superconference match in Letts against Louisa-Muscatine. The Ravens stand at 7-2 this year and 1-1 in conference play following a three set sweep of rival Lone Tree at Hillcrest Union Thursday. This season, the Ravens have 301 digs, 220 kills with a .210 kill efficiency, 189 assists, 81 aces and 18 blocks. Individual leaders include Claire Withrow with 188 assists, Malia Yoder with 84 kills and digs each to go with 25 aces and Kylee Statler and Niva Helmuth each with six blocks.

L-M is winless on the season through six matches, falling to Highland in Riverside in five sets Thursday. This year the Falcons as a team have 101 digs, 85 kills, 55 assists, 33 blocks and 23 aces. Individual leaders include Kaylee Nguyen with 53 digs, Ella Mullikin with 30 assists and nine aces, and Taylor Morrison with 23 kills and 15 blocks.

Hillcrest has won 18 of the last 22 matches in the series, four straight including last year’s sweep. Action starts tonight at 7:30p.m. At L-M High School.
