The Hillcrest Academy Raven volleyball team returns home tonight to take on the Pekin Panthers in a Southeast Iowa Superconference match. Hillcrest is 8-2 overall, and 2-1 in conference, after beating Louisa-Muscatine in four on the road Tuesday for their fifth straight win. This season, the Ravens have 398 digs, 275 kills, 234 assists, 94 aces, 20 blocks and a .214 kill efficiency. Individual Hillcrest leaders include, Claire Withrow with 229 assists, Malia Yoder with 111 digs, 109 kills, and 27 aces, and Kylee Statler with nine blocks.

Pekin is 4-4 this year, 1-3 in the Superconference after a five set loss at Highland Tuesday. This year the Panthers have, 306 digs, 174 kills, 122 assists, 57 aces, 40 blocks and a .070 kill efficiency. Individual leaders include Payten Coleman with 103 digs, Myah Bainbridge with 81 assists and 44 kills, Paislee Coleman with 15 blocks and Peyton Coleman and Bainbridge with 12 aces each. These teams have split their last 22 meetings, with the Ravens winning in 2023 in four sets. Action starts tonight at 7:30p.m. at Hillcrest Union.
