Washington County 4-H’ers are reminded the deadline for Special Awards, Community Service Award and CBI Bank and Trust 4-H Participation Awards is October 1. All 4-H members may apply for the CBI Bank and Trust 4-H Participation Awards as a Participant of Merit or a Participant of Excellence with the one-page application form available online and due to the Extension Office by October 1. Senior age 4-H’ers (10-12 grades) are eligible to apply for five awards: I Dare You, Achievements, Citizenship, Leadership, and Livestock Leadership Award. Only County Council members are eligible for the additional Leadership award. Interviews will be held the afternoon of October 6.
