Join their Diabetes class to gain valuable insights on how to take control of your condition and lead a balanced life. Their team, including a Nurse Educator, Dietitian, Pharmacist, and Physical Therapist, will provide  guidance. Topics covered include medications, eating & exercising with diabetes, how to cope with diabetes, and more.
