The streak continued for the Hillcrest Academy Raven volleyball team Thursday night in Kalona as they downed the Pekin Panthers in a Southeast Iowa Superconference match in four sets. The Ravens were winners by scores of 25-20, 27-29, 25-22 and 25-20. Hillcrest stat leaders on the night included Claire Withrow with 40 assists, 22 kills for Malia Yoder, 12 for Niva Helmuth and 11 for Kylee Statler. Yoder added 21 digs, Helmuth and Lydia Beachy each had 14. Statler had three blocks and Withrow finished with four aces. The win was the sixth in a row for the Ravens and moved their record to 9-2 on the year, as the Panthers fell to 4-5.
