Celebration of life services for 80-year-old Keith W. Jarrard of Keswick will be Saturday, October 5th at 1p.m. at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin at 10a.m. Saturday, October 5th, with family present to receive friends from noon to 1p.m. Interment will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. A general memorial has been established.
