The Washington City Council met on Tuesday in regular session. On the agenda was a discussion and consideration of the Third and Final Reading of an Ordinance Amending the Municipal Code of the City of Washington, Iowa, by Amending Chapter 69, which relates to additional no-parking zones in different locations around the City. The Council approved the ordinance amendment. Among the changes, main street will only have parking on the south side of the street from North Fourth Avenue to North Sixth Avenue.
