Private family services for 17-year-old Rowan Virginia Ross of Washington will be held at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin noon Sunday, October 20th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family present to receive friends from 1-4p.m. A general memorial has been established.
