Celebration of life services for 88-year-old D. Daryl “Dusty” Owens of Washington will be at 10a.m. Wednesday, October 23rd at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Calling hours will begin at 2p.m. Tuesday, October 22nd at the Jones Eden Funeral Home with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. Interment will follow at the Cambrian Cemetery in rural Louisa County. Memorials have been established for the Blank Children’s Hospital Littlest Bookworms in memory of Harlyn Dusty Holtgrewe or the Washington County Fair Association.
