Celebration of life services for 80-year-old Jay Lynn Hough of West Chester will be at 10a.m. Friday, October 25th at the Jones Eden Funeral Home in Washington. Interment with military honors will follow at West Chester Cemetery. Calling hours begin at 2p.m. Thursday, October 24th with family present to receive friends from 5-7p.m. at the Funeral Home. Memorials have been established for English River Outfitters or Washington County Developmental Center.
