The Washington City Council will be meeting on Tuesday in a special session. On the agenda is a review of bids received for the Central Park restroom project. Consideration of a resolution awarding the construction contract to Christner Contracting of Ottumwa in the amount of $260,400.  Discussion to accept an offer to purchase lot 5 in the South Business Park from Roder Group, LLC in the amount of $30,000. The meeting will begin at 6 pm and is held in the Council Chambers in Washington City Hall.
