Verda Cottage

A memorial service for 90-year-old Verda Faye Swartzendruber of Kalona will be at 10:30a.m. Saturday, October 26th at Upper Deer Creek Mennonite Church in rural Wellman. The service will be live-streamed. A graveside service and burial will be held at 9:30a.m. Saturday, October 26th at the Upper Deer Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 25th at the Yoder Powell Funeral Home in Kalona from 4-7p.m. with family present to greet friends. Memorial contributions can be made to Upper Deer Creek Mennonite Church or Pleasantview Home.
