This week’s Jessica Yoder & Sarah Bigley with Kalona Realty Football Player of the Week is Winfield-Mount Union running back/linebacker Lane Genkinger. The senior had 16 rushes for 258 yards and three touchdowns; caught four passes for 93 yards and another TD; and had team highs of eight-and-a-half total tackles, four tackles for loss and an interception in the Wolves’ 58-18 win over HLV.
