The KCII Big Red Radio will be downtown Washington for Trick or Treat Around the Square tomorrow. We will be broadcasting spooky music from 4 to 6 pm while all of the ghosts and goblins get their candy from downtown retailers. Downtown businesses will be set up outside their stores on the square, ready to hand out treats to all the participants.
