A subject was located in Ottumwa with a Washington County warrant on Friday. The Wapello County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Colton Pategas of Washington on a charge of violation of probation on the original charge of three counts of  burglary in the third degree. According to court documents, in June of this year, the Washington Police Department arrested Pategas on five counts of 3rd-degree burglary, class D felonies, and two counts of attempted burglary, aggravated misdemeanors. This was in relation to several break-ins that took place in Washington. Pategas pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary in the third degree, and the other charges were dismissed. Pategas was transported to the Washington County Jail, and is currently being held on a $5000 bond.
