Ethiopian flavors will soon be featured at the Wellman Public Library. Librarian Melissa Fleming explains that each month a different country is selected for patrons to learn more, “We all explore the food and cuisine from that country, so upcoming we have our Ethiopia night. So you explore food from Ethiopia. Everyone will bring a dish that is from the country of Ethiopia and that will be November 26th and we just have a big community potluck and enjoy all sorts of cultural foods.”

The event is open to the public 6:30-7:30 p.m. on November 26th in the Riverboat Room of the Wellman Public Library. Table service is provided. Fleming says now is the time to research an Ethiopian recipe to share.
