A semitruck rollover wreck happened near Ainsworth early Thursday morning. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, at 4:17 a.m. officials received a report of a semi rollover with unknown injuries at Highway 218 and Highway 92 with the vehicle slightly in the roadway and that the driver walked to the nearby gas station. The driver was Thomas Ronald Barnett Jr. of Donnellson and there was no medical transport.

Ainsworth Fire Department, Ainsworth QRS, Washington County Ambulance, Washington Rescue, and Washington County Sheriff’s personnel responded to the scene. The vehicle was towed and the state department of transportation was advised of road conditions and bridge damage.
