Washington County Hospital and Clinics is holding a winter clothes and food drive until November 27th. They are collecting gently used winter clothing and non-perishable food items, and new toys to support HACAP, The Lighthouse Center, and Johnson County Toys for Tots which also serves Washington County. Drop-off locations for the winter clothing and food include WCHC Cafeteria, McCreedy Medical, Family Medicine, Kalona and Columbus Junction Clinics, The Hub downtown Washington, and Beans Pharmacy in Washington. The Toy Drive Drop-off location is the Ken and Rosemary Hanson Specialty Clinic in Washington. The clothes and food drive will end on November 27, and the toy drive will end December 8th.
